2. Normal working conditions of sanitary napkin machinery

(1) Conditions of use

All sanitary napkin production lines that meet the requirements of this standard should work normally under the following conditions.

(2) Environmental conditions

Temperature: in the range of 5C-40C: For special environment, it needs to be put forward in additional requirements.

Humidity: When the temperature is 40C, the relative humidity does not exceed 50%. The high relative humidity is allowed on the low side of the temperature (such as 90% at 20C).

The dust, acids, corrosive gases, salts and other pollutants in the air around the sanitary napkin machine should not exceed the normal content. The altitude does not exceed 1000m. Quality of power supply grid: the fluctuation of power supply voltage does not exceed ±10% of its rated value, the frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz, the unbalanced voltage, and the negative sequence and zero sequence components of the three-phase power supply voltage should not exceed 2% of the positive sequence component.

3. Technical requirements for sanitary napkin machinery

basic requirements :

(1) Follow the principles of beautiful appearance, reasonable layout, compact structure, complete configuration, easy operation and convenient maintenance.

(2) Conform to the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

(3) The mechanical appearance of sanitary napkins should be clean, flat, and free of contamination, and there should be no obvious bumps, scratches and burrs.

(4) The edge of the assembly joint surface of each component should be flat, and there should be no obvious dislocation.

(5) All raw materials, standard parts and accessory parts of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of national and relevant industry standards.

(6) Welded parts should be firm and reliable, and the welds should be flat and uniform, and there should be no defects such as missing welding, burns, cracks, and pores.

(7) The fasteners should be firm and reliable, not loose, the running parts should be flexible, and there should be no abnormal sound.

(8) Each pneumatic system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 7932, the action shall be flexible and reliable, and there shall be no air leakage.

(9) The die wheel and external cutter of the equipment should be able to be replaced according to the specifications of different sanitary napkins.

(10) The exposed parts of electrical circuits and pipelines should be reasonably arranged, neatly arranged, and installed firmly, and should not be in contact with relatively moving parts.

(11) The painted surface should be uniform, uniform in color, shiny, and free from defects such as wrinkling, peeling, paint leakage, flow marks, air bubbles, etc.

(12) The circular runout of the rolling body such as the tool must meet the requirements of the drawing.
